Application information may include your name, email, age, phone number, country, city, optional public social media links, device and connection details, availability, experience, target monthly income and preferred interview time.

2. Why the information is used

Information is used to assess current eligibility, review the application, arrange an interview, communicate about possible collaboration, prevent abuse and maintain necessary operational records.

3. Legal basis

Information is processed with your consent and, where applicable, to take steps requested by you before entering into a possible individual agreement. You may withdraw consent, although this may prevent continued processing of the application.

4. Application form and hosting

The direct application form is processed through Netlify, the website hosting provider. Form submissions may be stored in Netlify's systems and made available to authorized Forsay personnel. The backup application opens a Google Form, where information is processed using Google's infrastructure.

5. Advertising measurement and consent

The website uses Google Consent Mode. Optional advertising and analytics storage is denied by default and updated only after you make a choice in the consent banner. The public Google Ads identifier is used for campaign measurement. A full consent-management platform may be integrated later.

6. Sharing

Applicant information is not sold. It may be processed by hosting, form, communication and security providers used to operate the website and application process, and where required by law.

7. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the application, maintain relevant records, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion where legally available.

8. International processing

Because applications are accepted from multiple countries and service providers may operate internationally, information may be processed outside your country with the safeguards offered by the relevant provider and applicable law.

9. Your rights

The current application program is limited to adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit the form if you are under 18.
