Applicants must be 18 or older and currently live in one of the countries listed on the website. Forsay may change current territories, platform availability and eligibility criteria.

3. No guarantee

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a response within an exact period, any contract, employment, revenue, creator share, payment, platform result, ranking position or reward.

4. Individual agreements

Creators may participate as independent collaborators or through an agency-representation agreement. The exact legal relationship, compensation method, percentage, calculation, payment timing, responsibilities and termination terms are governed only by the signed individual agreement.

5. Public creator-share framework

The website's percentage framework is informational and reflects a standard reference for eligible monthly proceeds after platform deductions and applicable legal taxes. Individual agreements may define different terms. The signed agreement controls.

6. Annual performance rewards

Annual rewards are subject to active written ranking and prize rules, verification, eligibility and availability. Forsay may define detailed scoring, prize specifications, travel dates, destination, transfer restrictions and disqualification conditions.

7. Accurate information

You agree to submit accurate, lawful and relevant information and not to impersonate another person or submit material you have no right to share.

8. Platform independence

Forsay Agency is independent from Tango and BIGO LIVE. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Platform access, rules, payments and availability may change independently of Forsay.

9. Website availability

The website may be updated, interrupted or unavailable. Forsay does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item remains current at all times.

10. Intellectual property

The Forsay Agency name, logo, site design, text and original visual materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
